Testimonials

Best Way to See Morocco

Desert Merzouga Tours comes highly recommended. The excursion was well-organized and reasonably priced. Our driver and guide, Ali, was incredibly knowledgeable about the area as well as friendly and easygoing. This experience was a huge hit with our family of five, which included two teenagers. Throughout our stay, we felt protected and well taken care of.
I appreciate Ali considering my daughters' interests in photography and geology, as well as his willingness to make pauses for each. Visits to local communities, animal photography, a fossil gathering site and stop, and, of course, camel rides and a night in the Sahara were all highlights of our trip. The tents were luxurious, and the staff was friendly. That night, we enjoyed the food and entertainment, which included some of the guys performing instruments in front of a fire. It was a period in our lives that we will never forget. Thank you, Ali and Desert Merzouga Tours!

Best Marrakech to Fes desert tour

This tour was far beyond our expectations! Our guide Ali provided us with a wealth of information about Moroccan culture and history. He was the ideal combination of professionalism with a kind, laid-back personality. Ali had a good sense of where to stop and how often to halt, and he was delighted to oblige whenever we wanted shots. His knowledge of the entire route and experience were invaluable, making our journey smooth and pleasurable. The tour as a whole was well-balanced. Our trip into the desert was undoubtedly the highlight, with stunning landscape and a relaxing stay at the campsite. The quality and comfort of the lodgings during the trip blew us away. We were delighted we chose this option over a larger group tour because it provided excellent value for money.

Additionally, Ali contacted us approximately a week after our tour to ensure that we were able to leave the country securely and to see if we needed any assistance when the borders were closed due to the corona virus. His consideration was greatly appreciated!
